Under The Sea Part 1

July 29, 2012

This set of sea creatures (octopus, shrimp, crab, sea urchin, jelly fish) is part of a bigger set of backdrop featuring undersea animals. The materials used are made of styrofoam, colored and brushed with house paint and glitters were added to it.

The backdrop was made personally by hand by Emannuel Maquiling using drawing materials and a cutter to form the backdrop. Contact information is located on the right sidebar of this page if you wish to place orders.

The AstroBrights Paper Sweepstakes

July 27, 2012

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Astrobrights Papers by Neenah Paper for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

I like how AstroBrights papers project their colors to be attractive and pleasing to the eye. These papers are one of the brightest, boldest and largest collection of bright colored paper I have seen.

To be exact, these papers come in 23 colors which make them great for basics like printing an eye catching flyer or using their card stocks on your scrapbook. But what makes them more appealing is the fact that they have this somewhat self adhesive paper which lets you print stickers on demand.

These kind of papers are something else, right? It is how I see Astrobrights stand out from its rivals.

Why don’t you start using these papers and show your creativity by joining the Give A Brighter Year sweepstakes. You can wish a cash prize and school supplies valued at $30,000 for the school of your choice. Now how cool is that?!

By participating in family friendly “Make Something Astrobright” design challenges, you will be able to share your projects with photos and videos of your Astrobrights creations.

These papers can be used on a lot of things. It is all a matter how you use your creativity to make something unique. In order for this to happen, one needs good quality materials that also look good visually. The bright colors certainly help accentuate your resulting creation.

Share your ideas and get inspired by engaging with the Astrobrights community on Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter and other social network sites. Be sure to include the hashtag #goastrobrights as well.

So get your creative minds flowing and join the sweepstakes now!
